Demeyere Group has never stopped evolving in order to keep up with social changes, by designing furniture in keeping with the times.

In 1910, Lucien Demeyere began his joinery and cabinet-making business. The firm grew in size over the years due to the family efforts. This growth was accompanied by inventiveness. In 1960, the firm pioneered the launch of flat-pack furniture.

Today, Demeyere Group is a furniture manufacturer that is well-known in Europe and major export markets. It is a multi-specialist business, with product ranges for every room in the home.

In Fast Furniture, creativity is the key

A change of business model in 2014 led to setting up this new kind of operation in line with what consumers were looking for when renewing their home decoration. Demeyere constantly provides new collections. Besides the traditional ranges, we design and manufacture contemporary furniture with strong characteristics that is entirely in step with the current demands of our distributors and final consumers.

Co-development for rapid progress

We all make every effort to meet our distributors’ needs as far as possible. We have developed a co-development strategy by making our expertise available to them so that we can create original products together.

For orders over a certain size, we develop collections composed of products that are exclusive to our clients’ geographical area. The designed products are the result of work carried out in partnership with our distributors: drawing up the specifications, discussing the design studies, testing industrial prototypes, right up to the production stage.

We are attentive to our partners’ requirements and put our know-how and experience at their disposal. Our flexibility and close vicinity to our distributors enables us to respond rapidly within a given period.
